Last updated: August 11, 2026

1. Who provides the service

Duarda is a service of Corvera SpA, tax ID 78.474.929-0, with address in Peñaflor, Región Metropolitana, Chile.

2. What Duarda is

Duarda is a tool contractors use to build and send their estimates. Duarda is not a party to the contract between the contractor and their customer: it does not guarantee the work, does not set prices and is not responsible for the quality of the job. Any agreement, claim or dispute about the work is between the contractor and their customer.

3. Payments

Duarda does not process or hold money. The customer pays the contractor directly, using the payment methods the contractor adds to their own profile. Duarda is not a payment processor or a financial institution, and does not take part in collections, refunds or chargebacks.

4. Reference prices

The market ranges shown in the app are for guidance only, come from public sources and are not a price recommendation. The contractor sets their own price and is solely responsible for it.

5. Deposits and down payments

The contractor is responsible for complying with their state's laws about down payments or deposits. Some states limit them expressly (for example, California and Nevada cap the down payment that can be requested). Check your state law before charging a deposit.

6. Your account

You are responsible for protecting your password and for the information you load into the app, including your customers' information. You may request deletion of your account and your data by writing to contacto@duarda.com.

7. Beta

The service is in beta: it may have interruptions, errors or changes in its features without prior notice. We recommend keeping a copy of important information.

8. Contact

Write to contacto@duarda.com with any question about these terms.
