If you join the waitlist we store what you type in the form: your name, your WhatsApp number and, if you add them, your email, your trade, the state where you work, how many estimates you send per month and how many people work with you. We use them to confirm your spot, tell you when we launch and improve the product.
If you open an account we store your email and your password (encrypted, we never see it), and your business profile: business name, owner, phone, email, city, state, trade, logo, whether you are licensed & insured with your license number and state, your payment methods (for example Zelle or Venmo, with the handle or link you type) and your payment instructions. We also store the estimates and invoices you create.
When a contractor builds an estimate or an invoice, the app stores the data they type about their customer: customer name, customer contact (phone or email), the job address (usually the customer's home), the job description and line items, any photos of the property the contractor uploads, the customer's electronic signature and the date and time of approval.
The contractor decides what customer data to enter and what to use it for: they are responsible for that information and for having permission to use it. Duarda only processes and stores it on their behalf so the app can work. We do not use customer data for advertising or for anything other than providing the service to the contractor.
When a customer approves an estimate, we store the name they typed as their signature, the exact date and time of approval, and a sealed copy of the line items and total they signed. That copy is frozen: it serves as proof of what was agreed and cannot be changed afterwards.
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, on servers located outside Chile. That means there is an international transfer of data: your information and your customers' information may be stored and processed in other countries, always under that provider's security measures.
Duarda does not process payments. We do not store bank details, card numbers or passwords of anyone — neither the contractor nor their customer. The customer pays the contractor directly through the methods the contractor publishes in their profile. We only store the payment text or link the contractor types, and whether they marked a deposit or an invoice as paid.
We do not sell, rent or share your data or your customers' data with third parties for advertising.
We use the Meta pixel on the public site to measure our ads; you can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook settings. It does not apply inside the private estimate and invoice pages.
We keep data while your account is active, and estimates and invoices for as long as you need them as a record of your work. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data and your customers' data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law. Write to contacto@duarda.com to see, correct or delete your data. If you are a contractor's customer and want your data deleted, ask them directly or write to contacto@duarda.com and we will coordinate it with them.
