Your Duarda subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged anything until the trial ends.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Once cancelled, there are no future charges. No contracts and no minimum commitment.
If you were charged for a monthly payment and did not want to continue, email us at contacto@duarda.com within 7 days of that charge and we will refund the full amount to the same payment method you used.
Subscription payments are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
This policy covers the Duarda subscription only. Jobs that a customer hires a contractor for are paid directly to the contractor. Duarda does not process or hold those funds, and any refund for a job must be agreed between the customer and the contractor.
